  • Users are entitled to exercise the following rights as a personal information subject
  • ① The information subject is entitled to exercise the right to view, modify, delete, and suspend the processing of personal information at any time in relation to CUBOX.
    ② The information subject is entitled to exercise the rights under paragraph (1) in writing or via e-mail or facsimile (FAX) by Article 41 (2) the Enforcement
    Decree of the Personal Information Protection Act, in which case CUBOX will enforce the measures accordingly without delay.
    ③ The rights under paragraph (1) may be exercised through an agent, such as a legal representative of the information subject or an authorized person. In this case,
    the data subject must submit a power of attorney by attached Form 11 of the Enforcement Rules of the Personal Information Protection Act.
    ④ The rights of the information subject may be restricted in relation to the request to view and suspend the processing of personal information by Article 35 (5) and Article 37 (2) of the
    Personal Information Protection Act.
    ⑤ The request to modify and delete personal information will not be accepted if other laws and regulations specify the relevant personal information to be required for collection.
    ⑥ CUBOX will make sure the person who requests to view, modify, delete, and suspend the processing according to the rights of the information subject is indeed the information subject or his/her legitimate agent.

  • CUBOX, as a matter of principle, destroys personal information without delay once the purpose of processing personal information is served. The procedure, deadline, and method for destruction are as follows.
